The StarMage Prophecies is a continuing RPG campaign that launched at Origins 2007. Originally created using D20 Modern/Fantasy, it now uses the Savage Worlds rules.

The action begins on Haizmond, a Progress Level 3 (roughly renaissance technology) world in the Strumbor Cluster. After centuries of being left alone, the system was visited by a vessel from another star. The world’s greatest wizards consulted their texts and determined that their best hope would be to come up with a way to bring back heroes from the long-dead Bright Galaxy. If all went well then one of them would be the promised Starmage who would reconnect them with their gods, but even if that didn’t happen then at least there would be more people to fight off a possible invasion.

Players play members of the Haizmond Benevolent Society. At first their tasks will focus on keeping Haizmond safe from technologically-superior intruders. Once their home is secure, things may become a little more complex.

The StarMage Prophecies will use a “Space Station You!” program, where gamemasters can (within certain guidelines) submit a space station (or similar starport) for permission and receive certs they can distribute in home games.
